1. Return Window
- You may return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Product Condition
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
3. Processing Time
- Once we receive the returned item, processing will take 1–7 business days.
4. Mode of Return
- Returns can only be made in-store at our physical location.
- Customers are responsible for bringing the item back to our shop.
5. Refund / Exchange
- We do not issue cash refunds.
- Customers may exchange the product for another item of equal value, or pay the difference for a higher-priced product.
